At Alora Hair, we are committed to providing premium-quality virgin human hair extensions. Due to hygiene and safety standards, we maintain a strict return policy to ensure all customers receive products in pristine condition.

Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns only if the product is:

• Unused
• Unworn
• Uninstalled
• In its original packaging
• With all tags and security seals intact

Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

• Installed or worn hair extensions
• Opened or tampered packaging
• Customized or special-order products

If the security seal has been broken, the item will not be eligible for return.

How to Request a Return

Include your order number and reason for return. Once approved, return instructions will be provided.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos. We will resolve the issue promptly.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
